Modern Landfill’s current 227-acre disposal site, which is west of Mount Pisgah Road in Windsor and Lower Windsor Townships, is expected to reach capacity within five years. Because of physical limitations at the site once it reaches capacity, the Landfill is proposing a 122-acre expansion on its property, east of Mount Pisgah Road in Lower Windsor Township.
